This is a widely researched and evidence based system of assessment and therapy for neck and back pain, spinal instability, knee and hip dysfunction, as well as all joints that may be causing your symptoms. David BenEliyahu, DC, FICC, is the administrative director of the Back and Neck Pain Center and director of the Chiropractic Collaboration Program at Mather Hospital. We use the gold standard for spinal and joint stabilization known as the McKenzie Method®, or Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). The McKenzie Method of MDT provides relief and gives patients control of their pain and empowers them to get back to their normal activities of life. The most important aspect of this therapy is that you can TREAT YOURSELF!
